Japanese Gourmet

Hi, this is Yuyujin.
I would like to introduce Ramen spot in Fukuoka.
That is a Ramen street in Fukuoka Airport.
There are several kinds of ramen shop.

Ramen Kassouro (Ramen Runway)

You can find a ramen street in Fukuoka Airport.
The name is “Ramen Kassouro” that means Ramen Runway in English.
There are 10 ramen shops.
There you can enjoy not only Fukuoka ramen but also various local ramen.
Each shop has ticket vending machine, so you can easily order ramen without using Japanese.
Of course if you want to try using Japanese, each shop kindly support your order.

まんかい (MANKAI)

まんかい (MANKAI) comes from Osaka, Kansai area.
They serve Tonkotsu soup Ramen, pork soup style Ramen.
The Tonkotsu soup Ramen is born originally Fukuoka area, but this shop comes from Osaka.

This time I order “じゅんとん(Jyunton)” with Jellyfish”.
You can choose the hardness of the noodles.
I ordered hard noodles.
The taste is not greasy.
The soup is creamy and delicious.
I like the crisp texture of jellyfish, but some people may not like it.

一幸舎 (Ikkousha)

一幸舎 (Ikkousha) offers tonkotsu soup ramen in the ramen in the Fukuoka region.
I ordered “味玉ラーメン (Ajitama Ramen)”.
I ordered hard noodle.

The thin noodles are delicious and can be eaten a lot.
Tonkotsu ramen has a system for ordering additional noodles called ” かえだま( replacement balls)”.

Access

“Ramen Kassoro (Ramen Runway)” is located at the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport.
