Toki Wa Kane Nari

Here “とき(Toki)” is time and “かね(Kane)” is money.
“ときはかねなり” is exactly the same with “Time is money.”

Seeing is believing.

百聞は一見にしかず
ひゃくぶんはいっけんにしかず
Hyakubun Wa Ikken Ni Shikazu

“ひゃくぶん(Hyakubun)” means “hearing a lot” and “いっけん(Ikken)” is seeing.
“ひゃくぶんはいっけんにしかず” means ” Seeing is more understandable than hearing.”
