Zojoji Temple is a large temple in the area of Tokyo Prince Hotel, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, Tokyo Tower surrounded by Shiba Park.

Zojo Temple was opened in 1393 and is one of the seven big temples of Jodoshu.
The connection with Tokugawa family, Shogun in the edo periode, are deep.
The graveyards of the 6 generals of 2nd generation Hidetada, 6th generation Ienobu, 7th generation Ietsugu, 9th Ieshige, 12th generation Ieyoshi and 14th generation Iemochi are established.
You can also visit Tokugawa’s Tombs.

A main building has a large and magnificent appearance on the background of Tokyo Tower.

The Bell Tower has a large bell with a weight of 15 tons, and during the Edo period it was probably telling the time to the turf.
