As you see this is A=B expression.
The part “B Yori(Bより)” means “than B“.

No, you are not younger than him.

(はい、あなたのほうがわかいです。)
Yes, you are younger.
Iie Kare Nohouga Wakai Desu
(いいえ、かれのほうがわかいです。)
No, he is younger.
