Today it is officially announced that the cherry trees are in blooms at Kouchi castle.
Kouchi castle is located in Shikoku island. (see this map)
It is 7 days earlier than average year and 14 days earlier than the last year.
A meteorological observatory announced full bloom would be one week or 10 days later.
